Returns
We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Certain products like custom designs or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged? Contact us within some days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
